Use case: Home services

Home services customer messages, organized

For home services businesses, HandleHQ collects customer details and prepares replies in one organized ticket.

What gets in the way

Customer questions arrive at different hours

When a customer asks about a plumbing leak, electrical fault or AC problem after hours, replies can be delayed until the next business day.

Important job details get scattered

A customer may provide the address, symptoms, access notes and preferred timing across several messages, making it harder to see the full request.

Writing a clear reply takes time

Even when the issue is understood, the business owner still has to review the conversation and write a response from scratch.

How HandleHQ helps

Reply to customers and collect request details

For home services requests, HandleHQ replies to customer emails, asks for any missing details and recaps them, with guardrails that stop it committing the business to anything.

Keep each request in one ticket

Once the customer confirms the details, HandleHQ creates a ticket with the full conversation, a summary, a headline and a drafted reply, so the team can work from one place.

Review and send a prepared reply

A team member can review the drafted response, edit it directly in the portal and send it without starting with a blank page.

Hi, our electrical panel is tripping the breaker. Can someone help?
I'm sorry you're dealing with that. What is the property address, and is there any visible damage or burning smell?
The address is 24 Park Street. There is no burning smell, but the breaker keeps tripping.
Thanks. To confirm: the breaker on your electrical panel keeps tripping, there is no burning smell, and the address is 24 Park Street. Reply yes and I will pass this to a technician, who will get back to you with the next step.
