the problem
Every small business owner I knew had the same complaint: their WhatsApp was a mess. Dozens of messages a day. Customers asking about prices, booking appointments, requesting quotes — all buried in a thread with no structure, no tracking, no history.
The lucky ones had a dedicated person managing the inbox. The rest were doing it themselves, between running the actual business. Leads were falling through the cracks. Customers were waiting hours for a reply — and going somewhere else.
"A clothing boutique owner told me she'd lost a wedding order worth Rs. 40,000 because she didn't see the WhatsApp message until the next day. The customer had already gone elsewhere."
why I built it
The fix seemed obvious once I saw the pattern clearly: catch every message before it gets buried, ask the right questions automatically, and hand the team a structured record — not a thread to untangle.
The concept took a day to sketch out. Making it reliable took months. Getting the AI to handle the way people actually type — incomplete sentences, mid-conversation language switches, informal phrasing — that was the real work. What you see now came out of that.
who it's for
HandleHQ is built for the Middle East and Asia — a market that global SaaS tools have largely overlooked. WhatsApp is how customers communicate here, not web forms or email ticketing systems. The mix of languages, informal messaging styles, and high-volume chat traffic is exactly what we're designed for.
If your team is manually sorting through messages right now — whether that's WhatsApp, email, or both — HandleHQ handles that automatically. The AI runs 24/7, understands what customers need, and delivers a structured ticket instead of a thread to untangle.
where this is going
The email and WhatsApp integration is live. Instagram and website chat are next. Eventually, HandleHQ becomes the layer that sits between every customer message and every business in the Middle East and Asia — making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
