Use case: Pharmacies

Customer-message support for your pharmacy

Handle customer messages with a configured AI agent, organized tickets, and pharmacy-appropriate price and stock guardrails.

What gets in the way

Medicine availability questions

Customers may ask whether a medicine is in stock while pharmacy staff are busy helping other customers.

Questions about changing information

Opening hours, prices, and policies can change, leaving staff to answer the same customer questions repeatedly.

Important details buried in messages

Medicine names, customer questions, and pharmacy staff replies can become difficult to follow across long message threads.

How HandleHQ helps

Reply to emails as they arrive

HandleHQ replies automatically when a customer email arrives. It is tested in English, Roman Urdu and Urdu.

Keep price and stock answers in bounds

The AI is instructed not to quote prices it has not been given or promise stock it cannot confirm, so still check its replies.

Teach it your pharmacy information

Store your pharmacy’s hours, prices and policies in the portal. A question that closely matches a stored fact is answered with that fact. When nothing matches, the assistant says the owner will confirm; that alone does not create a ticket.

An example conversation

Illustration Email
Hi, can you tell me whether a prescription medicine is in stock?
I can pass that to the pharmacy team. Which medicine is it, and what name should the team use when they reply?
Can you also tell me your opening hours?
We are open 9am to 9pm, Monday to Saturday. Once you share the medicine name, a member of the team will check and get back to you.
Thanks, I’ll send those details now.

Questions

Is pharmacy a HandleHQ business type?

HandleHQ has 30 intake templates, 24 of them business-specific, and you pick yours in Settings. The AI is instructed not to quote prices it has not been given or commit you to anything.

Can customers message through WhatsApp now?

Not yet. Email is the only live channel today. WhatsApp is the next channel HandleHQ is working on, with no launch date yet.

Does setting up HandleHQ require code?

No. No code is needed. After payment, your welcome email gives you your own HandleHQ address with Gmail and Outlook steps, and you forward your pharmacy’s support email to it yourself. There is no setup call.

Can I configure the answers for my pharmacy?

Yes. You can store your hours, prices and policies in the portal. When a customer question closely matches a stored fact, the assistant answers with that fact. When nothing matches, the assistant says the owner will confirm; that alone does not create a ticket.
