Use case: Restaurants

Restaurant messages, answered and organized

HandleHQ replies to guest emails, collects details, and prepares clear tickets with summaries and drafted replies.

What gets in the way

Messages arrive during service

Guests ask about opening hours, the menu, prices, and dietary options while your team is serving tables, taking orders, and managing deliveries.

Answers must match restaurant policies

It is easy to quote the wrong price, confirm an item you cannot actually provide, or give an answer that does not match your current policies.

Important details get buried in threads

Customer questions, contact details, and message history can become difficult to find when your team is already busy handling the restaurant.

How HandleHQ helps

A restaurant-shaped workflow

Choose your business type in settings. HandleHQ has 30 pre-configured types, each with its own guardrails.

Answers based on your details

Store your restaurant’s hours, prices and policies. Questions that closely match a stored fact are answered with it, while other messages become tickets for a person.

A clear ticket with the reply ready

Each ticket has the details filled in, plus an AI summary, a headline, and a reply already drafted, so you can assign it or close it.

Hi, are you open today?
Hi! We’re open today from 12:00 pm to 10:00 pm. How can I help?
Do you have any vegan options?
Good question. I will pass this to our team so a person can reply with the details. What name should they use?
Sara.
Thanks, Sara. To confirm: you would like to know about vegan options on our menu. Reply yes and I will create the request for our team.

HandleHQ has 30 pre-configured business types, each with its own guardrails. You pick your business type in settings.
