Every plan includes the inbox, ticket detail, AI summaries and drafted replies, stored business facts, CSV export and email support from the founder. Email is the only live channel today; WhatsApp is next.
Trial, setup fee and prices
Every plan has a one-time $20 setup fee after approval and a 7-day free trial that starts when the fee is paid. Prices are in US dollars. They may change with at least 30 days' notice by email.
Which one?
Pick by how many people answer customers and roughly how many customer emails you get: one person and up to about 15 a day, Starter; a small team and up to about 50, Growth; a busy front desk and up to about 150, Premium. If you are unsure, start on Starter and change later.
