How replies work

Which Languages Does the AI Understand?

A simple answer

HandleHQ’s assistant is tested in English, Roman Urdu and Urdu. Other languages may work, but they are not tested and are not promised.

Customers writing in one of these three languages can simply write as they normally would. When a customer email arrives, the assistant replies automatically, at any hour.

How it works with languages

A customer does not have to pick a language first. They write their email, and the assistant replies to it. The three tested languages are English, Roman Urdu and Urdu.

The assistant asks for whatever details are missing, recaps them back to the customer, and creates a ticket once the customer confirms.

If your customers often write in other languages, read those replies closely, because those languages are not tested.

What customers can expect

When a customer emails your business, the assistant replies automatically. HandleHQ does not publish or guarantee a response time.

Each ticket also includes an AI summary, a headline and a drafted reply. You can review the draft, edit it directly in the portal, then copy it and send it from your own email.

HandleHQ does not promise support for any language beyond the three tested ones.

You do not need to publish in every language or create a separate support process for each one. If most of your customers write in English, Roman Urdu or Urdu, the assistant has been tested for those conversations. AI replies can be wrong, so keep supervising them.

General advice for business owners

The following suggestions are general business guidance rather than extra HandleHQ features:

  • Let customers start naturally. Customers may explain their needs more clearly when they can write in a style that feels comfortable to them. The tested languages are English, Roman Urdu and Urdu.

  • Consider whether your team should review important replies. The assistant replies automatically, but your team may still want to review important responses before taking action.

  • Be clear about business information. If you store your hours, prices and policies in the portal, keep them accurate and current. When a customer question closely matches a stored fact, the assistant answers with that fact. A differently worded question may not match, and then the assistant tells the customer the owner will confirm.

  • Read early conversations closely. In your first days, read the assistant’s replies to see how they handle the way your customers actually write. You can pause the assistant on any conversation and reply yourself.

  • Review sensitive or high-stakes questions. General advice is to pay particular attention to replies involving commitments, policies, or decisions that may need a person’s judgment. Each business type comes with guardrails, but reviewing important messages remains sound business practice.

What this means for your team

Customers who write in English, Roman Urdu or Urdu are writing in a tested language. The message exchange and supporting details appear in the ticket.

Other languages may work, but they are not tested and are not promised, so do not tell customers the assistant handles every language.
