How Do I Contact HandleHQ?
To contact HandleHQ, email hello@handlehq.net. All support is by email and is answered by the founder. He replies as soon as he can and aims to reply within one business day.
Email HandleHQ
Send your message to hello@handlehq.net.
As a general writing tip, use a short, specific subject line rather than a vague greeting. For example, you could use “Question about getting started” or “Help with an application.” Choose a subject that reflects the main topic so the message is easy to identify.
In the body of your email, it can help to include:
- Your name and business name
- The specific question you want answered
- Any background needed to understand the question
- The date and time you are writing, including your time zone
- Your preferred days or times for follow-up
These are general email-writing suggestions, not HandleHQ requirements. Only share information that is needed to explain the question. Do not send passwords, payment details, private customer information or other sensitive data by email.
Before sending, check that the email address is correct and that your question is easy to understand. It can also help to keep a copy of the message.
Plan Around Reply Times
There are no staffed support hours and no separate priority queue. The founder aims to reply within one business day, but that is an aim, not a promise.
For general planning, note the day and time you send the email. If your question is time-sensitive, say so in the first email rather than assuming it is understood. If a day or two passes without a reply, you can send a short follow-up.
Avoid promising someone else a deadline based on this aim. If timing matters to your decision, mention it in your email.
Ask a Direct, Answerable Question
As general writing advice, a focused message is often easier to answer than a long list of unrelated questions. If you have several topics, group them clearly. Put the most important question first and explain why the answer matters to your business.
Avoid wording such as “as discussed” when the email is your first contact. Instead, briefly explain the situation and describe what a useful answer would look like. For example, you might write:
I am deciding whether HandleHQ is suitable for my business. My main question is whether it supports the type of customer messages I receive and the way I want to communicate with customers.
This example does not assume HandleHQ supports a particular channel or use case. It simply shows how to frame a question. If you want to understand a product detail, plan or application step, ask about that specific point so the founder can answer it accurately.
You can also include useful business context, such as your business type, the kinds of questions customers ask, and the languages they write in. These are suggestions for your message, not application requirements.
Questions About Applying
If your question is about applying, start with the short application form on the site. The founder reviews every application by hand and aims to reply within one business day. After approval, you pay the one-time $20 setup fee, and your 7-day free trial starts after that.
If you are already in the application process and need clarification, email hello@handlehq.net and say which part of the application you are asking about. Do not include a password or payment details in the message.
If your question is about pricing, say which plan or price you want to understand. If it is about a feature, name the specific capability instead of assuming a related feature exists. If timing matters, include the relevant date.
