Getting started

How Do I Apply for HandleHQ?

Applying for HandleHQ starts with a short form on the site. The founder reviews every application by hand and aims to reply within one business day. Here is the process, along with some general advice to help you prepare.

Before You Apply

As general business advice, it can help to write down a few things before applying for a new service. Consider:

  • The customer questions you receive regularly.
  • The languages your customers use.
  • Your current opening hours, policies and other information customers often ask for.
  • The parts of your customer communication that take the most time.
  • The subjects your team handles carefully because they involve policies, limits or commitments.
  • The outcome you would most like to improve.

These questions are for your own planning and are not application requirements. Thinking about them can help you describe your business clearly.

General advice for any purchase is to confirm the current price, understand when charges begin, and ask about anything that is unclear.

Fill Out the Short Application Form

To apply, use “Get early access” at the top of the site to open the apply page. The form asks you to choose a plan and gives fields for your business name, what your business does, your name, email, phone and website. Tick the consent checkbox, then select “Submit application”.

Because the form is short, clear and practical answers help. Describe what your business does and the kinds of customer messages you receive. If you are unsure how to phrase something, focus on the most useful information rather than adding unrelated detail.

Before submitting the form, review your answers. This is a good habit for any application because it helps you spot missing information.

What Happens After You Apply?

The founder aims to reply within one business day. Once your application is approved, HandleHQ emails you a payment link for the one-time $20 setup fee. Payments are processed through Stripe. The fee is non-refundable.

Your 7-day free trial starts after the setup fee is paid. You then set your password and log in. Your subscription starts after the trial. If you cancel during the trial, the subscription is never billed.

If you need clarification before applying, contact HandleHQ using the details at the end of this article. As general advice, review the current pricing and terms, confirm when charges occur, and ask about anything that is not clear before going ahead.

Early Access

HandleHQ is in early access and is onboarding its first customers. Early access customers get direct contact with the founder, keep their early access price for as long as they stay subscribed, and their feedback shapes what is built next.

The planning questions above can help you prepare, but they do not replace the application form or a direct answer from the founder.
